Trellace LLC runs this website

This notice covers personal information handled through trellace.com and the Last Week in GTM newsletter. Trellace LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Bellingham, Washington, USA, is responsible for it.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@trellace.com.

We collect what you give us, and counts of visits

  • Contact form. Your name, email, company and message.

  • Newsletter. Your email address and the date you signed up.

  • Booking a call. Cal.com collects your name, email and the time you pick, and sends them to us.

  • Visits. Fathom Analytics and Framer count page views, where visitors came from, and browser, device and country. Neither sets cookies or builds a profile of you.

We use it to respond, run the business and improve the site

We use contact and booking details to reply, prepare for calls and keep track of the conversation in our customer records. We use your email to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe. Ghost tells us whether each newsletter was opened and which links were clicked, which shows us what readers find useful. We use visit counts to see which pages help people.

We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

These providers handle it for us

  • Framer: hosts the website and its forms.

  • Fathom Analytics: counts visits without cookies.

  • Cal.com: books calls. Its booking area on the contact page sets one security cookie from Cloudflare to block bots.

  • Ghost: sends the newsletter.

  • Twenty: holds our customer records.

  • Supabase: keeps a copy of those records for our reporting.

  • n8n: moves form and newsletter signups between these tools.

  • Google Workspace: email and calendar.

Some of these providers process information outside your country, mainly in the United States. We may also share information when the law requires it.

We keep it only as long as it’s useful

Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email on a do-not-send list, so you aren’t added back by mistake. Contact records stay for two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can see, fix or remove your information

Email hello@trellace.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, including to complain to your local privacy regulator.
